The Recordset.SetExecSqlParams() method is used to set SQL input parameters for a Transactional.ExecSql() call.

The parameters of the SetExecSqlParams method are based on the SQL input parameters as defined in Ventura SQL Studio.

The Input and Output parameters document provides an in-depth explanation of Ventura's SQL parameters concept.

The SetExecSqlParams method does not exist on recordsets that have no SQL input parameters defined.

This method is defined in the generated recordset code.

public void SetExecSqlParams(int? CustomerNumber)

Examples

customers.SetExecSqlParams("m845");

orders.SetExecSqlParams("m845");

invoices.SetExecSqlParams(1, 10022);

Transactional.ExecSql(customers, orders, invoices);
